You can choose from a pre-set workout schedule, create your own personal workout, or simply roll with the punches with a random workout that is customized to your specific goals. A wide range of options are available so you don’t have to feel boxed in.

With Fit First you can:

• Customize the right workout for you by setting the duration, intensity level and type of workout (cardiovascular, strength, or explosive);
